As a coach, Nick works with private individuals, small business owners, and managers and executives in multinational organisations.
He is a faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which involves leading coach training programmes in various countries in Europe. He is also an executive coach for Mountain Lakes International, a consultancy through which he delivers leadership development programmes, team coaching, and one-to-one coaching for a major multinational corporation.
Nick trained as a coach with CTI, and as a systems and relationship coach with the Center for Right Relationship (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching – ORSC). He has also participated in CTI’s Leadership Programme. He is accredited in a range of psychometric instruments, including the Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP – 360° feedback), Benchmarks (360° feedback), MBTI, FIRO-B and FIRO Business, Conflict Dynamics Profile, and Team Diagnostic Assessment.
Nick studied Modern Languages (French and German) at the University of Oxford, and has an MSc in Management Development and Training from the University of Bristol. Before moving into training and development, Nick had a career as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, working in London and Paris.
